What should the promo video look like?

The promo video should be between 45-60 seconds and filmed in portrait mode on your phone. Share that you are speaking at Boldly on Friday, October 20. Mention that it is a faith and work conference for women and tease what you will be speaking about. Remind your followers to register at boldlyconference.com

When should I make travel Arrangements?
Please make your travel arrangements at least 6 weeks before the event. We recommend you arrive in Dallas on Thursday, October 19 by 5:00 p.m. The conference will end promptly on October 20 at 4:30 p.m.
Please let us know as soon as you have flight information so that we can arrange transportation for you to and from the hotel, reception, and conference. Share your itinerary with Catherine Gates, as you did for your receipts.

What should I wear at Boldly?
Please wear clothes that will be flattering and professional while considering that you will be under bright lights and on camera. Some helpful tips include:
- Wear flattering colors
- Avoid bright whites, all black, herringbones, plaids, and stripes
- Stay away from large logos or words on clothing
- Wear something you feel comfortable in
Is there a place for me to get ready?
Yes. We have a greenroom and restroom reserved backstage for speakers only that you can feel free to use to change clothes or do your hair and makeup.
Do I need to arrange for lunch?
No! We are happy to provide lunch for both you and your guest at Boldly. We will have food available in the greenroom during the scheduled lunch break at the conference.
Can I have a booth at Boldly?
Yes! We would love for you to set up a booth at Boldly. Whether you want to sell books or promote your organization, we encourage you to take advange of the opportunity we give all speakers to put themselves among the conference-goers. Learn more about booth specifics and reserve your space here.
