Pamela Cosio Flores is an executive coach and emotional intelligence expert specializing in helping high-capacity leaders and entrepreneurs find a positive work-life balance, thrive in relationships at home and work, and continue to grow and improve their performance at work and home.
In addition to her coaching and consulting practice, Pamela currently leads a Townsend Leadership Program in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She is also an adjunct professor at the Townsend Institute at Concordia University, teaching classes in the Organizational Leadership and Executive Coaching tracks.
Pamela holds a master’s degree in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary and an Advanced Executive Coaching Certification from the Townsend Institute. She also received her Bachelor’s degree from Rice University in Psychology and French Studies. Pamela currently lives in Brownwood, TX with her husband and three kids.
