Live Stream Questions
What screen size is recommended for best viewing, apart from a laptop?
The screen size should be determined by the size of your audience. We always recommend the largest available for the most immersive experience, but it is definitely not essential. The conference will be projected at an aspect ratio of 16:9.

How will the video link be provided?
The group/satellite host will use their attendee number (received via ticket confirmation email) to access the event on this page. From there, you can connect their device via HDMI to a larger screen (or whatever set-up you prefer) so the rest of their participants can see as well.
Individuals can choose to attend the conference on a computer.

What speed internet is best for streaming the live broadcast?
We recommend 5-10mbps minimum without any other activity on the network besides this stream. You can easily determine whether you meet the standard by testing your internet speed. Please keep in mind that when others show up the day of the event and utilize your network then it could easily create a bottleneck, so please plan accordingly.

Besides a WiFi connection, is there anything else needed to optimize the viewing experience?
An HDMI cable should be used to create a connection to your TV or projector. If you are using a projector at home or in a small business setting, you will want to have a small set of computer speakers to amplify the sound in that space.

If the site faces connection issues or an interruption to the live stream, you will be able to resume the broadcast again when ready or rewind to a previous portion. You can also pause the stream if a quick break is desired, but we encourage you to stay live so that you can participate in real-time interactions.
