Joy provides expertise as an executive leader developing effective financial strategies and removing barriers for organizational growth, expansion, and transition. Joy currently serves as Vice President of Financial Services for East-West Ministries International, a global organization operating in 44 countries. She also sits on the Board of Directors of Made To Flourish which empowers pastors and their churches to integrate faith, work, and economic wisdom for the flourishing of their communities.
Joy’s passions include mentoring and leading professional development initiatives with a faith-forward perspective. She equips believers at all levels to embrace their calling as ambassadors in the workplace through “theology of work” and practical “faith and work integration” in everyday workplaces. Her collaborative mindset helped launch the BOLDLY conference in 2021––the first-of-its-kind Faith+Work for Women conference. Joy and her husband, Gordon, live in Dallas, TX with their rescue pups.
