Dr. Brandy Baxter, Financial Coach and Futurist, offers keynote speaking, workshops, seminars, and coaching which educates and encourages clients seeking to improve their finances.
Dr. Baxter's mission is to improve clients' financial lives by using coaching and strategic methods to impact change. Through the services offered, clients take control of their personal finances, identify and plan for life goals, maximize their potential to live a life of financial freedom, and develop financial habits that will positively impact future generations.
Dr. Baxter has a B.A. in Communication, an M.S. in Management, is an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC®), a certified Financial Fitness Coach (FFC®), completed Graduate studies in Executive Coaching, and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with an emphasis in Foresight. Her academic training and experience have equipped her to approach personal finance uniquely.
Dr. Baxter is a Veteran of the United States Air Force and an advocate for veterans, especially women veterans. She is a Mission Continues Fellow Alumna and an IAVA –Texas leader, and founding member of At Ease Texas, a local non-profit where women of military experience and women in the local community find common ground and move beyond "thank you for your service" to "let us serve together."
Dr. Baxter is a recipient of the Governor's Volunteer Award, a member of the Association for Financial Counseling Planning and Education (AFCPE®), a member of the AFCPE® Board of Directors, Chair of the AFCPE Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Taskforce, and a voting member of her city's Housing Board.
She is the author of The Three Little Divas™ Reach Your Money Goals in 3 Steps Before You Huff and Puff and Blow Your Next Paycheck Away, the first book in a series about three women and their money habits. She has also authored several workbooks that teach financial and strategic leadership principles.
